The staff at this hotel were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious and tidy, equipped with tea/coffee amenities, a seating area, and a writing table. Each room had a cozy bed and a private bathroom.

Its location is nice, next to the Retreat Farm in Brattleboro and the supermarket. And it's by Connecticut River.

There was a stain on the curtains which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. There wasn't much variety at breakfast and no healthy options.

The hotel's location is peaceful and very close to a supermarket. Our room was neat and spotless, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, and toiletries. The breakfast offered a wide array of good meals.

Smoke alarm battery was low and it hummed and went off periodically.

The room I stayed in was brand new with a really comfortable mattress and all the amenities I expected, the service was excellent, and the swimming pool was clean.

Some Holiday Inns are warm and welcoming - this was a level above average but nothing out of the ordinary.

Fire alarm started beeping non stop at 4:30 am and kept us awake all night. Also found an old and dirty plastic fork under the table in our room, and the rug was filled with dark stains.

The complimentary breakfast here offers a variety of gluten-free options and continental food, and the service is excellent.

The pool and jacuzzi was nice. Tami at front desk was wonderful.

Beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Wifi was terrible. We came back from being out on the day before our departure and our keys wouldn't work. They had checked is out a day early. The beds were so bad I cancelled our reservation at Warwick HI Express and booked the Hilton.
